Executive Assistant & HR Office Coordinator

Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics with precision.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Track and submit expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements.

HR Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Head of Human Resources

Wahooʼs HR function is charged with ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right positions, working in a great culture, to enable Wahoo to be the global leader in smart fitness and training. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the Human Resources Generalist performs various human resource duties in recruiting, benefits, training, employee relations, immigration, HRIS maintenance, reporting and compliance. The HR Generalist is also responsible for managing our Global Headquarters in Atlanta, GA and leads global cultural engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Human Resources, possess an ownership mindset, a curious and creative mind, and strong attention to detail. In this role, you will:

Product Manager - App Ecosystem

Department: Product Management

Location: Atlanta HQ / Fully Remote Eligible

Reports to: Director Ecosystem Experience

The product manager will work with the software services and special projects team as needed. They will own their product features from start to finish by crafting PRDs that clearly define the technical requirements, supporting the execution by attending stand-ups, representing their product in launch management, and communicating with key stakeholders. The PM of Ecosystem will be responsible for defining and owning Wahoo App ecosystem work, including functionality in support of hardware, onboarding experience, account settings, and any bugs related to the hardware-software experience. This PM will be the voice of the hardware within the Wahoo App. This includes supporting and expanding on the already existing functionality below:

Weʼre looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong research, UX, and visual skills to shape the next generation of Wahooʼs digital experience. Youʼll collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that elevate the athlete experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design highly engaging user interfaces for our consumer-facing mobile application.
  • Apply strong visual design expertise to craft simple, intuitive, and aesthetically refined interfaces.
  • Contribute to and evolve the Design System for consistency and scalability.

Similar to a customer service position, this role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, providing product insights, and ensuring that every interaction reflects Wahoo’s commitment to excellence.

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring quick and complete resolution of inquiries.
